Refund & Cancellation Policy – Cosmicure / ALNOOR Ayurvedic Cosmetics

This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how you can cancel an order or request a refund for a product/service purchased through https://www.cosmicure.com/ (the “Platform”).

Order Cancellation

  • Cancellation requests will be considered if they are made within 5 days of placing the order.
  • Cancellation requests may not be accepted if the order has already been communicated to the seller/merchant listed on the Platform and the shipping process has been initiated or the product is out for delivery.
  • In such cases, you may refuse to accept the product at the time of delivery.
  • Damaged or Defective Products
  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please inform our customer service team within 5 days of receipt of the product.
  • The request will be processed after the seller/merchant listed on the Platform checks and confirms the issue at their end.

Product Not as Described / Quality Concerns

  • If you believe the product received is not as described on the Platform or does not meet your expectations, you must notify our customer service team within 5 days of receiving the product.
  • Our team will review your complaint and take an appropriate decision on a case-by-case basis.
  • Products with Manufacturer Warranty
  • For complaints regarding products covered under a manufacturer’s warranty, please contact the manufacturer directly as per the warranty terms provided with the product.
